Dark Chocolate Jelly Recipe

Dark Chocolate Jelly Recipe:

Ingredients:

200 g dark chocolate (cocoa content 70% and above)
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 sachet (about 10 g) gelatin
A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

In a separate bowl, soak the gelatin in cold water and let it swell for 5-10 minutes.

Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces.

In a saucepan, mix water, sugar and cocoa powder. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture begins to boil.

Add the dark chocolate to the mixture and stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

Add the swollen gelatin to the mixture and continue stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Continue to heat the mixture for a few more minutes, but do not bring it to a boil.

If the gelatin or cocoa has not completely dissolved, you can use a blender to make the mixture more homogeneous.

Add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste of the chocolate (optional).

Pour the jelly into molds or glasses.

Place the jelly molds in the refrigerator and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until completely solidified.

Before serving, you can decorate the jelly with dark chocolate, cocoa crumbs or fresh berries.

Ready! Now you have a rich and fragrant dark chocolate jelly. Enjoy your meal!
