Here is a simple and delicious recipe for beef stew in nut sauce:

Ingredients:

500 g of beef (for example, from a shoulder blade or beef fillet), diced
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 red sweet pepper, cut into half rings
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup red wine (optional)
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs for decoration (parsley, coriander)

Instructions:

In a deep saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

Fry the finely chopped onion until soft and golden brown.

Add the beef cubes to the pan and fry until the meat turns brown on all sides.

Put the chopped garlic and red pepper in a saucepan. Continue to fry for 1-2 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.

Add the tomato paste and walnuts. Mix thoroughly.

Pour in the red wine and let it evaporate a little if you use it.

Add the beef broth, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 1.5-2 hours, until the meat is soft and the sauce thickens.

Serve the stewed beef in a nut sauce hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs. Potatoes, rice or pasta are suitable as a side dish.

This dish with nut sauce adds a wealth of flavor and goes well with soft beef meat. Enjoy your meal!
